From the age of 4 upwards, the snow garden enables children to discover skiing
serenely in small groups, whilst having a great time.

You're up and skiing
from the first day with individual lessons (per hour,
per day) or adult group classes.
The International Tests
By taking the ESF children's or
adults' tests: your monitor prepares you for
the "podium" technique, skiing through gates or the timed slalom.
Your skiing holiday is crowned: by a medal (reflecting
your technical level) or by an ESF Ski Open national ranking (according
to your points and the basic times recorded by the members of the French ski
teams) .
Cross country/Nordic skiing
An authentic pleasure!
Whether cross country skiing or using synthetic sealskins, come and join us to
keep fit, for the sheer pleasure and for the silence.
Skiing away from the way marked trails, you will find yourself among unspoilt
scenery. The ESF monitors will be your precious guides.

You need to contact your chosen French ski school prior to your holiday to book
your monitor and the equipment. |

The official tests
Tests of technical level: international tests for downhill skiing, the 'Trace
de France' for Nordic skiing
Timed performance tests: records for the " Kilomètre
Lancé " speed skiing, 'Fusée' for the
descent, not forgetting the 'Chamois' for the slalom and
the 'Flèche' for the giant slalom which are the
supports for awarding SKIOPEN points (the
national ranking of ESF skiers) .
These points are calculated according to the basic times recorded by the members
of the French ski teams .
Lastly, springboard enthusiasts can pass the Jumping tests.
Skiopen: All skiers can become part of this national ranking.
Points are awarded on the Chamois and Flèche tests in downhill skiing
and on the Lièvre tests in cross country skiing.
